Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Accounts payable and receivable entry.
-Reconcile bank statements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with training development and implementation
- Provide support to human resources department as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and document preparation
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
Skills:
- Be able to lift 50 pound boxes frequently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
