Aerospace Maintenance Supplies and Services is seeking a processing specialist. The ideal candidate will have high organizational and time management skills, is able to meet deadlines, has great communication skills and is a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and redirect or keep messages.
• Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information from vendors
• Processing customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
• Entering customer and account data
• Maintain data entry format by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Take up other duties as assigned.

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
