Location: Asheville, NC - Must be able to come into the Asheville office for first 90 days, then has the ability to be fully remote.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for helping onboard newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep by:
• Being available for inbound calls. The content of phone calls consists of helping patients understand the process of obtaining a new CPAP machine, reviewing insurance requirements and billing, and basic equipment troubleshooting. You must be comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
• Maintaining a sales log and keeping follow up dates up-to-date
• Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure insurance guidelines are met
• Verifying eligibility through insurance and obtaining prior authorizations
• Scheduling patients for CPAP delivery and setup
• Continue to grow and learn cross-departmental functions to better assist patients
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a customer service related field

Starting pay of $18/hr
