The Aeroflow Diabetes marketing team develops and executes on our detailed marketing strategy, focused on lead generation and brand awareness across multiple channels including email, social media, influencer marketing, content creation, SEO, PR, and more. Within Aeroflow, the Diabetes team comprises customer facing, physician facing roles, sales, marketing, billing, and operations roles.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Brand Strategy and Activation
    • Be a brand ambassador, telling the Aeroflow Diabetes story and ensuring brand standards and guidelines are adhered to across all internal and external channels
    • Ability to build marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, print, etc.) that are patient-focused and on-brand
    • Manage and respond to reviews on Google and develop strategies to increase reviews and overall rating
    • Support the Marketing Manager on a variety of business-critical initiatives such as quarterly planning, launching new campaigns, etc.
    • Work closely with the paid ads team to provide on-brand content, messaging, images, videos and additional assets
  • Social Media Marketing
    • In partnership with the Marketing Manager, execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Design/create, edit, publish and share on-brand content that builds meaningful connections with the target audience(s)
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on those insights
    • Create, maintain, and execute social media editorial calendars
    • Brainstorm and facilitate test campaigns and content to drive increased engagement across social platforms
    • Identify and launch new social media channels
    • Monitor and manage responses on social media channels, both organic and paid 
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Serve as point of contact for influencers, project managing partnership from start to finish, including but not limited to contract negotiation, budget management, deadlines, and campaign execution
    • Track effectiveness of all campaigns through social media metrics, links to page, direct leads, etc.
  • Support Marketing Manager and team on additional marketing efforts as needed

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years proven work experience in marketing, digital media, advertising or related field
  • Proven marketing experience in bringing omni-channel marketing campaigns to life
  • Self-organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time wisely
  • Have initiative, passion, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Project management experience
  • Design experience in Canva, Photoshop, or similar platform
  • Excellent editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. 
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance 
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

You might also have

  • Email and Copywriting experience is a plus

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000
