BWM Biltmore Workforce Management is Hiring a Remote Wine Marketing Coordinator

Job Description The Wine Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the marketing team of Biltmore Estate Wine Company (BEWC). This includes working closely with the Wine Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing, Beverages to coordinate all the tactical execution of marketing strategies for Biltmore Wines. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in the execution of project requests from marketing management and help in the development of content for Biltmore Wine across all marketing and sales channels. The position will also provide general assistance and support to the department, leadership, and the company. Essential Job Duties: 1. Coordinate and manage omni-channel wine marketing across all elements of the marketing mix (product development and representation, pricing and promotion strategy, communications strategy, distribution/channel management) supporting estate, wine club, ecommerce, 3rd party e-premise, and 3-tier wine sales. 2. Plan and manage virtual wine events on virtual platforms. 3. Initiate and accurately manage marketing project requests/jobs through the Teamwork/Box systems and collaborate with Biltmore's in-house Marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and within budget. 4. Manage expectations and anticipate the needs of BEWC teams and other internal teams. 5. Keep the Biltmore Wines marketing team informed on all projects through weekly status updates and regular communications. 6. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with each department within BEWC and all internal teams. 7. Coordinate details for product content representation in all Biltmore wine digital sales channels (B2B and B2C). 8. Plan, manage, and collaborate on events onsite and virtually from start to finish. 9. Coordinate details for sponsorships, off-site events, donations, media outreach, and wine competitions. Additional Respoinsibilities: 1. Act as brand steward, upholding brand consistency in all projects (print and digital). 2. Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed between our marketing project team and marketing managers. 3. Prepare required reports, analysis, and budgets as needed. 4. Assist in presentation and/or preparation of materials for BEWC presentations. 5. Attend local and national trade shows, consumer events, and/or professional association conferences as needed. 6. Learn and maintain various Biltmore systems and databases including content management and web applications. 7. Additional job-related duties as assigned by BEWC marketing leadership. 8. Review invoices for accuracy and forward to Marketing Manager for approval. Qualifications: 1. Two or four-year college degree in a related field preferred. 2. At least three (3) years of related marketing experience; equivalent combination of education/experience considered. Wine or beverage brand experience strongly preferred. 3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and virtual streaming applications (Zoom and WebEx). 4. Strong working knowledge of online content management systems (Instacart, Syndigo, Vivino). 5. Experience with online promotion/content, email campaigns, e-commerce, and other 3rd party platforms. 6. Experience in B2B marketing, including supply chain and distribution knowledge. 7. Working knowledge of general SEO strategies and practices is preferred. 8. Demonstrated commitment to delivery of world class internal/external guest service. 9. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; conveys information clearly and effectively; strong public speaking skills; build professional relationships at all levels. 10. Excellent planning, project/time management, organizational skills; prioritizes work, adapts and multi-tasks effectively; keen attention to details. 11. Able to quickly learn: Biltmore and Wine Company brand, tone and aesthetic, and align across all marketing platforms; Biltmore systems/protocols, company culture. 12. Proactive, exercises good judgment; creatively problem solves; anticipates, addresses, and troubleshoots issues. 13. Handles internal/external guest service issues professionally; represents company with a variety of audiences and reflects core values, standards, ethics Physical Requirements: 1. Travel may be required at times. 2. Standing and walking for extended periods of time. 3. Exert physical effort in lifting/transporting 35 to 50 pounds. 4. Ability to remain in stationary and ambulatory positions throughout work shift. 5. Some travel may be required by plane and car. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record for the last three (3) years, and be at least 21 years of age.
