As a Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to support AeroFarms’s success through data-driven insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Pull, analyze, and report data trends
• Translate data from various sources to provide actionable insights to AeroFarms leadership team
• Analyze promotional data to identify trends and discover insights to inform future promotional strategy
• Automate departmental OKR/KPI reports to improve reporting efficiency
• Support weekly and monthly reporting for internal business reporting and external selling materials
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, creating and refining best practices and processes for successful project execution

Qualifications: 

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of professional experience within finance, consumer packaged goods, analytics, or other relevant field.

Skills & Experience

• Excel proficiency
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience with data visualization, and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Syndicated Data experience preferred, but not required
• Collaboration skills
• Effective communicator
• Highly organized
