Position Summary
The Director of Shared Services is a pivotal role within the Property Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations. This position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive policies, systems, procedures, and processes across various functional areas to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Aeon's property portfolio. Key areas of focus include insurance/risk, inspections, procurement/purchasing, and marketing.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Aeon offers an impressive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, paid time off and an employee assistance program.
This position requires regular on-site work at our properties throughout the Twin Cities as well as our Central Office and off-site training facilities. This position may office remotely from time-to-time. When working remotely, the candidate is required to travel to and from Aeon properties for urgent or unplanned matters and for regularly planned on-site visits, trainings, and meetings. As such, candidates must either currently reside in and around the Twin Cities metro area, or plan to relocate to accommodate regular planned and unplanned on-site needs.
