AEMPro is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near San Jose, CA
We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to support one of our clients in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you would have a home-based office at the Fast Undercar client location and be responsible for surrounding territories' sales. This role mixes Base Salary and Bonus/Commission with a company car and expense account. Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for individuals to represent EMPRO through excellent service and quality. We want to teach you about all things automotive and how to be the best Outside Salesperson. Work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and be a part of a family while on the job.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Learning about all things automotive and how to sell to local customers.
- Customer focus as you assist them with their questions and needs.
- Embody the “Know How” attitude to everyone you interact with
- Customer focus as you create relationships and sell to customers
- Develop sales plans with the manager/owner to increase revenue and customer base
- Embodying the “Know How” attitude to everyone you talk to
- Call and visit existing customers to grow relationships
- Be informed of and share new NAPA products and sales promotions
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A desire to learn and grow as a salesperson
- Willingness to learn about auto parts, plus if you already have experience in this
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,502.60 - $77,680.55 per year
