Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Security Chief to join our team. As the Assistant Security Chief, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a crucial role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Train security personnel on proper procedures and protocols
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken

Requirements:

- Previous experience in loss prevention, military, law enforcement, or a related field
- Proficient in CCTV surveillance systems and other security technologies
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
