As a full-time on-site Tableau Technician, you will be part of a team of professionals, client project managers, construction professionals, and project stakeholders working on-site. You will be responsible for leveraging Tableau's capabilities to empower data-driven decision-making.

General responsibilities include:

• Dashboard Development-Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau from an Excel document or sequel environment. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into visualizations.
• Optimize dashboard performance for speed and efficiency.
• Create calculated fields, parameters, sets, and other advanced features to enhance visualizations.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across dashboards.
• Data Preparation and Modeling-Connect Tableau to various data sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services. 
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis within Tableau.
• Design data models and relationships to support complex analyses.
• Implement data blending and data aggregation techniques.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize Tableau workbooks, queries, and data sources for improved performance.

• Proficiency in Tableau (2 Years)
• Experience working with large data sets
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Proficiency in SQL.
