Job Summary
The Home Health Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy treatments prescribed at your discretion, and adhering to regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and use prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients achieve their maximum performance within their capabilities.
