Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation is an outpatient rehabilitation facility specializing in the treatment of patients with neurologic impairment or disease. ANR is seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for treating adults with Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, stroke, brain Injury, spinal cord injury, and vestibular dysfunction. Our practices utilizes the latest technological advances and cutting edge research to provide our patient's with the highest level of care.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program

2. Current AZ Physical Therapy license

3. Board Certified Neuro Clinical Specialist

Job duties:

1. Evaluate individuals with neurologic impairment or disease

2. Select interventions to appropriately address the patient's identified impairments

3. Perform regular reexaminations to determine the effectiveness of the prescribe plan of care

4. Communicate with interdisciplinary team members

5. Complete patient documentation in a timely manner

6. Select the most appropriate CPT codes to accurately bill for the physical therapy services rendered during a given encounter.

7. Compose letters of medical necessity to facilitate procurement of medical equipment, orthotics, and assistive devices

8. When appropriate, consult other allied health professionals (orthotists, neuro opthomologists, etc) to facilitate excellent patient care

9. Maintain professional licensure through continuing education and participation in professional development activities
