Our organization is hiring a Bartender to be our guest’s first point of contact. You will be responsible for operating our bar and serving cocktails, wines, and our exceptional cuisine. Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of mixed drinks, wine, and spirits. Above all, you must be able to provide excellent customer service and be a people person. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the bar and serve guests efficiently. You must know how to make a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks and various mixers, as well as how to operate our equipment. Since this is a customer-facing role, you must have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails to customers directly or through servers.
• Interact with customers to facilitate sales of alcoholic beverages (e.g. recommending food pairing, and answering questions).
• Mix flavored spirits, or cocktail ingredients and garnish drinks to prepare them for service.
• Knowledgeably recommend appropriate wine selections.
• Maintain accurate records on tabs, loyalty program, and customer preferences.
• Ensure that the bar area is clean and orderly at all times.
• Assist with the preparation of bar setup and breakdown.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
