Overview
The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to customers in an outdoor fast paced bar setting. The bartender will create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.65 plus tips.

Responsibilities
•Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers,
wines, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
•Handle and pour drinks accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper portion control.
•Provide recommendations and guide customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences.
•Implement upselling techniques to boost revenue.
•Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages, menu items which will enable you to answer
customer queries with confidence.
•Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including checking identification to verify legal
drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated or underage individuals.
•Responsible for opening and closing the bar.
•Work closely with the Assistant Beverage Manager in ensuring the overall cleanliness and
organization of all areas at all times and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor.
•Ensure that bar is following DOH guidelines and additional cleanliness procedures outlined by
Assistant Beverage Manager and Beverage Director.
•Attend all on going trainings, pre-shifts and any educational training sessions to keep up to date with
any changes, new directions and important information regarding our policies and operation.
Qualifications
•Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an outdoor or patio
setting.
•Excellent knowledge of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines,
beers, and their appropriate serving methods.
•Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and
professional manner.
•Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
•Solid understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with local laws and
regulations.
•Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
•Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions, including exposure to sunlight, wind, and
temperature fluctuations.
•Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the establishment's operating hours.
