Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing support to our sales representatives and ensuring our life-saving products reach those who need them. Your dedication and efficiency will not only contribute to our sales efforts but will also uphold our commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
• Generate and manage quotes for sales representatives' clients.
• Assist with general inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate tradeshow schedules and ensure reps have the necessary resources.
• Oversee the registration of vendors and manage contractual documents on shared drives.
• Actively foster the AED Brands culture, aligning with company core values and enhancing the workplace environment.
• Collaborate effectively with warehouse, sales, and accounting departments to streamline operations.
