Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a Program Management Manager for our Coral Gables, FL office.

This role provides overall performance management of group of related projects, subprograms, and program activities managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits not available from managing them individually.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for contract performance to include the safety and well-being of employees, financial management, project and quality management and generally represents the company with respect to the customer.

  • They will work to ensure projects and sub-programs are organized and executed in a consistent manner and fulfil customer requirements.

  • Requires a broad view of program objectives and organizational processes and generally works within five performance domains: program strategy alignment, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, life cycle management, and program governance.

  • Works closely with the program manager and/or senior program manager to learn and develop skills specific to program management.

  • Manages aspects of a program such as oversight of project managers, oversight of project controls or similar.

  • Provides direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors.

  • Generally has task and project management experience, including successful completion of several large projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • U.S. Citizenship required, due to the nature of the work

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is: $106k- $170k
