Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The Landscape Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of landscape maintenance and construction.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including lawn care, tree care, garden maintenance, and irrigation system installation
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and project coordination
- Assist with the design and construction of landscape features, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, including lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
