About the Role

The Company is seeking a Group Vice President/Region Chief Mission & Spiritual Care Officer to join its executive team. This strategic and dynamic executive will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's mission, values, and philosophy are deeply integrated into its operations and decision-making processes. The role involves providing consultation, assistance, support, and monitoring to uphold the company's core principles. The successful candidate will also offer management direction and oversight to the religion and health function, as well as guidance on ethical responses to complex healthcare situations and issues.Applicants for this position should be mission leaders with a profound knowledge and understanding of theology, spirituality, and religious community leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes at least ten years of senior-level religion and mission effectiveness experience, with a minimum of five years in a healthcare system mission effectiveness position. A master's degree and ordination by a recognized denomination are required. The Group Vice President/Region Chief Mission & Spiritual Care Officer will play a crucial role in upholding the spiritual and ethical fabric of the organization, and as such, must be a respected and distinguished executive in this field.
