Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent - YEAR ROUND POSITION

Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs. You will provide a consultative sales experience, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Have an active resident health insurance license in your state of residence.
  • Successfully complete assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers.
  • Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, present alternatives as appropriate.
  • Generate customer sales via referrals, community events and lead resources.
  • Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction.
  • Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles.
  • Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives.
  • Self-directed and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.
  • Strive to resolve customer issues on first contact.
  • Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medicare Industry Experience.

Supplemental pay type:

  • 100% Commission Pay

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work setting:

  • Remote/Field

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medicare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)

Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
