HR Generalist
Our successful financial advisor firm SWAN Capital, in Pensacola, FL is currently searching for a HR Generalist. An experienced HR Generalist will oversee various aspects of human resources, supporting both employees and management. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or 5 years relevant work experience
2-3 years of experience in HR roles
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
HR certification (e.gg. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Office and other CRM Software preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Coordinate a new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees
Employee Relations:
Act as point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and conflicts and recommend appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
Assist managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and termination in a timely manner
Prepare HR-related reports and data analysis as needed
Benefits and Compensation:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
Support compensation planning and analysis, including salary benchmarking and job evaluations
Training and Development:
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization
Collaborate with the department heads to identify training needs and facilitate the implementation of training programs

Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000/year
