Our client is a well-established RIA that is currently experiencing growth and manages $5 billion AUM. They are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join their team in Pasadena, California. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional knowledge of high-end concierge services for HNW and UHNW clients, strong organization skills, and be proactive, energetic, and independent to support lead wealth advisors. The team operates at a fast pace and requires high-touch communication with clients, custodians, and internal departments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• High-touch client service and daily use of the Schwab Advisor Portal

• Maintain client relationships through pro-active communication and prompt responses to client requests and inquiries

• Ensure client information and documents are kept current

• Schwab account onboarding 

• Assist in the creation and production of materials needed for client meetings

• Add and maintain client data in Client Management System

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports

• Assist in the preparation of client and prospect presentations

Qualifications:

• 3 Years of experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services 

• Series 65 preferred

• Comprehensive real working experience with Schwab Advisor Center a must

• Strong work ethic and drive to learn and contribute in a fast-paced performance-driven environment 

• Polished communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all clients and office personnel. This includes both written and verbal communication 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint 

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred 

• Experience with Orion is a plus

• Experience with iCapital is a plus

• Experience trading is a plus

• Experience with money movement is a plus

• Must have a customer-centric attitude with a commitment to doing what is right for the client

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines well

Location: Pasadena, CA. This is not a remote position.
