Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier to the automotive industry located in Lebanon, Ohio.

We have 900 dedicated team members who work together to produce disc brake calipers, Electronic Stability Control units and Electric Parking Brakes.

Job Summary The HRPB will work as part of a 10-person HR team to ensure legal compliance while building relationships at multiple levels to improve the safety, quality and productivity of all team members.

This position requires our HR team to be onsite. A hybrid role is not available. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Focus on full-cycle recruiting of manufacturing operators;
  • Manage temporary labor;
  • Track hiring data and report results to management;
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation Program;
  • Maintain a presence in all plants and across all shifts;
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Very steady work history with HR experience; 2 years recruiting experience preferred;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; HRIS experience preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Flawless written communication skills;
  • Ability to work onsite M-F;
  • High level of detail-orientation;
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with many interruptions;
  • Must be able to walk quickly and be willing to travel between three plants on a daily basis;
  • High level of energy;
