• Previous experience as a travel agent and customer service background preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a travel agent is advantageous.
• Access to a laptop/smartphone and internet connection is required.
