Education and Work Experience:

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred
• Dell certification: Preferred
• A certification: Preferred

Essential Functions:

• Performs computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations. Monitors and controls computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor. Monitors hardware systems using operating systems utilities.
• Provides user support, training, and education. Ensures prompt, professional, and courteous response to requestors of computer services. Assists end users with problems and requests for information and equipment specifications.
• Installs and implements personal and network computer equipment.
• Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
