Responsibilities

AdventHealth has an excellent Physician opportunity in our House Calls program. If you are a primary care Physician who is looking for a position to meet your patients in their homes, as well as some clinic time, this is the position for you!

The ideal candidate:

• Is a hardworker, who is willing to be flexible with their schedule, not the typical "9-5" clinical hours
• A practice builder who can help the program grow
• Is someone who can think on their feet and adaptable to the needs of home bound patients
• Experience a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!

• Possibility of this being a hybrid position, some time doing home visits, and some doing outpatient clinic
• Region includes western and northwest suburbs
• Number of patients per day will vary

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
