Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monda- Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Clermont Outpatient Imaging

The role you’ll contribute:

Reporting to Operations Director, this position is accountable for the day to day operations of running imaging site(s), which includes planning, staff management both administrative and technical, budget management, maintaining relationships with referring groups, and on-going customer service functions. This position is responsible for meeting both the quality and operational goals for the site(s). This position will provide onsite management and supervision that meet and exceed corporate operating objectives. In addition to the expectations listed below, the Site Manager will support other center/company needs as directed.

  • Ensures the smooth operations of all areas by keeping lines of communication open with all direct associates, physicians, other site managers and the management team. Actively resolves complaints and issues as they arise. Works closely with radiologists and other physicians in the organization to provide quality patient care.
  • Responsible for implementing strategies to promote teamwork within the center and with other associates including the physicians and marketing team.
  • Understands and follows policies & procedures regarding general safety, radiation safety, infection control and emergency response plans. Participates in departmental performance improvement and patient safety improvement activities.
  • Promotes growth from within the organization. Encourages and motivates team as evidenced by positive attitude, low absentee and tardiness rates and employee engagement survey results. Overseeing all areas of training for new staff as well as continuation of training for existing staff. Immediately responds to inappropriate staff behavior and provides coaching and possible council.
  • Knowledgeable of all product lines, modalities, equipment and policy & procedures relating to the management of radiology services
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Associate’s degree in business or healthcare-related field
    • Minimum of three to five years’ experience in a supervisory capacity or one to two years in a management/leadership role within a healthcare environment.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field
