Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location: Orlando, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

The Director of Imaging Operations and Clinical Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the development of outpatient services at six locations and provides the five pillars of performance: Team, Service, Clinical, Market and Finance. The Director takes an active role in building relationships, process improvement, leading day to day operations and supporting a culture continuous quality improvement. The Director creates and restructures processes and policies in response to customer needs. Serves as the leader on team engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical accuracy, safety, market and financial growth. The Director of Operations supports other center/company needs as directed.

  • Conducts Business Operations that includes processes and resources used to produce valuable services.
  • Provides Clinical Services including a continuum of direct patient care & Quality Performance improvement for X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Women’s Imaging (Mammography, DEXA, Stereotactic biopsies (Princeton only), scheduling and supports departments related to all patient care at Diagnostic Imaging.
  • Produces clear goals and milestones, connects ideas to real performance, and monitors performance. This requires breaking down tasks as needed and utilizing team resources to accomplish stated goals.
  • Creates policies, procedures and protocols that support promotions operations.
  • Provides strategic direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization including the annual planning process with the objective of maximizing growth while maintaining quality in respect to our customers.
Qualifications


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field of study
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare setting, clinical outpatient services and/or health administration.
    • Knowledge of radiology product lines, workflow processes, medical processes, policies, procedures and regulations associated with patient care and diagnostic imaging
    • Ability to analyze work, set goals, develop action plans and use time effectively
    • Possess understanding of information technology programs with the ability to utilize these systems to master processes, methods, and operating procedures
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or American College of Radiology (ACR) Certification
