Job Description Job Responsibilities With our patented client engagement solutions built on Salesforce, you’ll become a go-to subject-matter expert. Actively listen, elicit information, and comprehend issues/needs Designing/developing solutions (including custom flows, apps, dashboards, reports and objects) within a Saleforce context Research solutions presented by clients or on your own accord and how they could fit into our Product as enhancements or used as solo solutions to clients Create and maintain technology documentation Configure and explain the Salesforce functionalities in detail and automation using Flow with different functions within Salesforce. Work with product management, sales, marketing, and service as needed to provide product insights and SME level assistance Stay current on updates and new releases in Salesforce Other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution 2 years of experience in information technology 3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM Administration and Salesforce Flows Experience designing Salesforce Apps, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Security/ Permission Sets Excellent verbal and written skills What will set you apart from the pack? Experience in the financial services industry, specifically wealth management and/or asset management.
