Job Location: Towson, MD (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 3 months Contract-to-Hire position. Day 1 Onsite.

Primary Skills: Microsoft O365, Zoom, Exchange, Active Directory

Description:

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Executives, Executive Assistants, and IT colleagues.
• Coordinate and support Executive events and meetings.
• Monitor all IT support requests and respond to them in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications to identify and resolve problems effectively.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate or solve systemic issues proactively.
• Manage the Executive's expectations by providing clear and accurate communication.
• Provide end-user training to the VIP to enhance the overall end-user experience.
• Ensure all IT policies and protocols are followed.
• Ensure all support activities are documented in the IT Service Now tool.
• Demonstrate experience in white glove technical support of Executives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Zoom, Exchange, IOS, Mac OS, Windows OS, Teams, SharePoint, Windows, Service Now, Active Directory, Imaging,
• Experience troubleshooting network devices, mobile devices, desktops, and printers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams.
• Great customer service experience
• Strong business acumen
• Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience.
