The RN Director of Nursing manages and directs the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
* Current Kansas state license as a Registered Nurse or a Nurse Compact License
* Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding long term care
* Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
* Strong leadership and motivational skills
* Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
* Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
