The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Lancaster, PA. This unique opportunity involves working in Skilled Nursing, Outpatient and Home Health settings all on one campus.
Your Impact:
- Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in examination, testing, and treatment, aiming to maximize functional independence.
- Promote patient involvement in their care and help them achieve independent maintenance in the least restrictive environment.
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services and supervise physical therapist assistants.
- Support our agencys mission and standards, adhering to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Focus on maximizing independence and preventing further disability.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure the quality and safety of rehabilitation services..
About You:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Physical Therapy in state in which you are practicing.
