Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field (Bachelor’s degree with extensive PT experience also considered).
- International degrees must be evaluated to meet U.S. equivalency standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.
