We are looking for a bright and kind Technical Support Representative

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

ABOUT the position of Technical Support Representative

- Permanent, Full-Time

- The initial training - typically four weeks - is fully onsite at our office in Stuart, FL

- Afterwards, it is a hybrid position, where you will work remotely and onsite 2x weekly

- Troubleshoot software and hardware products via phone, email and remote log-in

- Be a product expert and keep up with development changes

- Train end users

- Conduct student orientations

- Assist with quality assurance and testing

- Active team culture

- Flexible scheduling

** No industry experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to succeed.

ABOUT YOU:

- You enjoy problem solving, as well as helping and training people.

- You are able to work at our Stuart, FL office.

- You are able to work remotely up as well.

- You are able to work some nights and/or weekends.

- You have superior problem solving and analytical skills.

- You have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

- Technical writing skills are a plus.

- You have excellent grammar skills.

- You can learn innovative software.

- You have knowledge of Windows 11.

- You have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.

COMPENSATION

- $18 hourly performance incentive
