Day Shift

Pay: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient in using SAP, and possess strong data entry computer skills.

Duties: The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to enter orders into ERP that customers receive via e-mail, web portal, and EDI. The representative will be required to confirm pricing and lead time after receiving the order. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication regarding the status of orders.
