Responsibilities may include:

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Work on tailored outcomes as identified in the client specific care plan.
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment through companionship and other activities of interest.
• Stand by assistance with exercises.
• Maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and their families
• Home Heath Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant certificate preferred
