We specialize in exotic hardwood decking as well as hardwood lumber and flooring.Job Description:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and maintaining sales of decking, decking fasteners/accessories, and hardwood lumber/flooring. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00, and alternating Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Benefits are available after 90 days and compensation is negotiable based on experience.Tasks and Responsibilities:• Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures• Persuasively articulate product benefits to customers relative to their needs via phone• Learn competition to enhance your sales success• Proactively create opportunities for new business• Make warm and cold calls to create new sales and identify and pursue up-sell opportunities• Build relationships to foster repeat business• Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfactionJob Requirements:• Strong organizational skills, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail• Responsibility, including consistent punctuality and accountability• Aggressive, competitive, and committed initiative• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Effective time management skills• Great interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships• Working knowledge of lumber measurements and basic construction• Phone sales skills• Excellent customer service skills• Proficiency with NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft ExcelImmediate start!**We do run a drug test and background check**
