Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our Fort Worth clinic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our patients arrive safely and punctually for their therapy appointments. You will also be responsible for occasional airport pick-ups and drop-offs, facilitating smooth travel for patients and staff. A company car and phone will be provided to support work-related transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport patients to and from the clinic for scheduled therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle and ensure they are comfortable during the ride.
• Conduct airport pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.
• Maintain accurate travel logs to ensure all trips are documented.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and fuelled.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff about patient schedules and any changes.
• Ensure the safety and privacy of all passengers.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the company vehicle and report any issues or necessary repairs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as assisting patients may require physical support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
