Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tanker Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving various types of vehicles, including tankers and other freight vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate tanker trucks to transport liquids or gases to specified destinations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tanker vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of materials
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members
Experience:
- Previous experience in driving tankers or other freight vehicles
- Familiarity with operating flatbeds, tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, or heavy equipment
- Possess a valid tanker driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive forklifts is a plus
- Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous
