Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative in our BDC Call Center. This is a full time position in the service department with a competitive rate. Bi­ lingual is a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

• communicate effectively with customers via phone, internet, text
• respond to customer inquiries immediately
• learn and follow the guidelines required by our processes
• schedule appointments from inbound and outbound calls
• general customer service duties as needed in a fast-paced environment
• effective follow up
• communicate and cooperate with all departments
