SUMMARY
Advantage Acura is currently seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to input all factory and extended warranties. This position also includes the duties of dispatching work to the Technicians and assisting with used car reconditioning.
Responsibilities
Insures all warranty repair orders have all needed documentation for submission
Obtains customer and vehicle information when needed
Submit all warranty repair orders in a timely fashion
Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
Dispatch all repair orders
Assist in all used car reconditioning, includes making estimates, insure sublets are complete, and details are complete.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a Warranty Administrator role
Knowledge of automobiles
Positive attitude
High volume mentality
CSI focused
