Advancing Eyecare is Hiring a Depot Service Coordinator Near Norfolk, VA

SUMMARY:

The Depot Service Coordinator will organize the flow of service work orders in and out of the Lombart facility. The coordinator will communicate with sales, ops and service teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.This position requires good communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations. The Depot Service Coordinator should create a work environment that promotes Teamwork, Positive Attitudes and Constant Improvements throughout the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:(Additional duties may be assigned)

· Coordinate technical service personnel day-to-day operations

· Creates customer service cases in ServiceMax and communicates with customers, co-workers, and technicians to process customer repairs.

· Oversees and documents the cases in ServiceMax from start to completion and finalizes the invoices to the customer in SAP.

· Completes each service process step in ServiceMax and ensures notes and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

· Creates repair quotes and communicates with customers for approval.

· Processes customer product receipt and assigns repair work to specific teams.

· Revises customer asset records as needed to maintain database accuracy.

· Responds to inquiries from customers, vendors, and colleagues via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.

· Duties subject to change based on company requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years work experience in an office environment

· Excellent written/oral communication skills

· Strong system data processing skills

· Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload

· Ability to multitask and work in two operating systems simultaneously

· Flexibility and Teamwork

EQUIPMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· The ability to routinely sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and bend for up to 8 hours

· Must be able to lift and carry a 25 lb box

COMPUTER SKILLS:

· Proficient computer experience.

· Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
