Position Overview:
As a Senior Structural Designer, you'll assume a pivotal role within our project teams, leading the charge in the design and analysis of various structural projects. This hybrid position blends in-office and remote work, offering unparalleled flexibility while ensuring that our high standards of quality and innovation are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and analysis of structural components, focusing on aluminum railings, roof trusses, and assemblies for beams, columns, and slabs.
• Craft temporary structural reshoring plans for existing structures requiring repair.
• Structural Design for the Construction and Renovation of New Single-family and Multifamily Houses. 
• Collaborate closely with project teams to meet design specifications within set timelines and budgets.
• Offer expert advice and insights on structural design challenges and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, materials, and design techniques.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in structural design within a consulting engineering environment.
• Adept in a wide array of structural systems and components.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the USA are mandatory.

Preferred:

• A PE license is highly preferred.
• Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in Structural Engineering or related fields are advantageous.
