Responsibilities
•Perform various field restoration activities such as demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, and more.
•Provide after-hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month.
•Conduct interactions with homeowners, property managers, or other individuals in a courteous and professional manner while carrying out job responsibilities.
•Take moisture readings at each monitor and upload photos, readings, and notes into our job database for our in-house representatives to utilize.
•Be able to work 8 hours a day as needed for each job.
Qualifications
•Having an IICRC Certification is a plus, although not required.
•Previous experience as a Lead Technician is necessary.
•Must possess a valid California driver's license.
•Proficiency in dealing with building contaminants is required.
•Familiarity with using a moisture meter is essential.
