Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute is Hiring an Account Manager Near Manchester, NH

Overview:

The Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) is a membership-based not-for-profit organization in Manchester, NH, that was founded to transform healthcare by enabling the scalable, consistent, and cost-effective manufacturing of human cells, tissues, and organs.

The Impact That You Will Make:

ARMI is a membership-based organization with over 200 members representing the entire biomanufacturing value chain and coming from industry, academia, and other non-profit organizations. Membership Account Managers are critical to ARMI and its members' success. The role is externally facing and actively engages with the BioFabUSA membership ecosystem. To support ARMI's mission, we are seeking an account manager to enhance the relationships of some of our most strategically essential partnerships. We are looking for someone with a strong track record of client service, strategic problem-solving, and entrepreneurial drive. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Membership Services, you will be a primary point of contact for institute members and ensure value is delivered to the BioFabUSA membership. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our technical, regulatory, quality, finance, and leadership teams to ensure we build a world-class organization that establishes a rich bio-manufacturing network.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic partners from industry and academia with defined goals and actions to achieve the objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market and organization analysis to identify opportunities where we can create more value for our members.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and understanding of our mission and impact to identify opportunities to increase the value of membership.
  • Ensure a high level of retention of strategic

  • Manage and maintain a strong portfolio of existing accounts, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • B.S./B.A. in a relevant field or equivalent scientific or technical degree is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales, fundraising, or relationship management in a technical B2B organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategic account development plans that increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of success in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing strategically essential accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM is required.
  • Experience developing business and marketing materials is desired.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
