Advanced Refreshment Solutions is Hiring an Outside Sales Rep - Hunters! Uncapped Commission Near Charlotte, NC

*Company Overview* Advanced Refreshment solutions is a local family owned commercial refreshments company recently servicing the Charlotte area with 16 years of industry experience. Offering industry leading water and ice filtration systems to all local businesses both large and small in all of our local markets. We help our customers promote employee safety, health and wellness by providing clean, purified drinking water from the source, instead of a plastic jug or bottle. We are also providing touch free solutions to keep our customers COVID-19 safe.

*Position Summary* Outside Sales Reps are responsible for prospecting and generating new commercial business. This position requires cold calling on local businesses in the field to generate new sales, there is little to no account management. We operate during normal 8-5 business hours M-F with no nights or weekends. Travel is within the Sales Reps territory.

*Daily Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structure * Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business * Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions * Meet or exceed sales/revenue goals monthly/quarterly * Manage assigned company-generated leads through to business close * Complete scheduled and in person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and rental agreements to key decision makers * Utilize a CRM for scheduling, pipeline reporting, developing prospective customer profiles and documenting all sales-related activities. * Develop and maintain a working knowledge of local businesses * Communicate daily/weekly with the Sales Manager on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers as reflected in our CRM.

*Preferred Qualifications* * Desire to launch or grow a career in business-to-business sales * Outside business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Strong general computer and office suite skills * Prior experience within a CRM is preferred, but not required. We provide extensive training. * Previous in person prospecting experience is preferred * Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be organized with good time management skills * Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills * Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed sales/revenue goals * Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
