Pay Minimum

USD $24.00/Hr.

Pay Maximum

USD $40.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning 

Here is what you'll do as a Detox Counselor:

• Provide daily check ins with the patient in the detox level of care.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Contact family to inform of patient’s progress.
• Completes session notes ensuring compliance.
• Maintain healthy boundaries with patients and staff.
• Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.

Qualifications

Here is what we’ll need to consider you: 

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Behavioral Health field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of work experience in mental health field preferred.
• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • Minimum Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS).

• • Open to considering preliminary (LPCC, LSW, or MFTC) or independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC) clinicians as well. (Pay will be determined based on type of licensure and years of experience)
• CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
