Our growing practice includes 215 radiologists, 44 advanced practice providers, and more than 200 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. We provide services to more than 60 different sites across the state of Michigan. ARS is the exclusive radiology provider to West Michigan’s largest Level I trauma center and research hospital, Corewell Health. We value diversity on our team and promote a culture of inclusion.
What we are looking for: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in our Interventional Radiology outpatient office in Grand Rapids. Our nurses support a team of Interventional Radiologists who provide rotating coverage in the office daily.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the physician and nursing team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
· Use clinical judgment skills to provide education
· Manage patient care prior to and after interventional radiology procedure
· Participate in phone triage and ongoing outpatient care management
· Work with the team to take appropriate action to prevent potential complications
· Perform minor in office procedures such as suture and feeding tube removal
· Participate in rotating weekend call (phone triage from home only) and monthly travel to our Kalamazoo office
Travel/Call Responsibilities: Our nursing team takes rotating weekend call (phone triage from home only) and rotating travel to our Kalamazoo office.

Requirements
- RN degree, BSN Preferred and Michigan license
- Strong clinical background
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire for autonomy
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic
