Who we are: Advanced Radiology Services is one of the largest physician-owned radiology practices in the country. Our growing practice includes 214 radiologists, 38 advanced practice providers, and 180 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. What we do: ARS provides services to more than 60 different sites across the state of Michigan. We are the exclusive radiology provider to Holland Hospital. This hospital is among the few Michigan hospitals to consistently receive the top 5-Star quality rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. They are also recognized as the region’s low cost provider and among the nation’s top hospitals for health care value.

What we are looking for: We are currently accepting applicants for a Holland based General, Body or ER Radiologist. This is a partnership track position. Standard track physicians enjoy 13 weeks’ vacation and work 39 weeks and 11 weekends. We also offer a daytime, weekday only option which includes 8 weeks off. 

Responsibilities:

· Interpret body CT, general and specialized body MRI, CTA, and MRA studies OR

· Interpret ER-centric US, CT, MR, NM and conventional radiography OR

· Interpret general radiology studies

Participation in section, committee and board meetings is not required but welcomed from day one. While we are an independent private practice, some of our physicians practice with an academic focus. In affiliation with Michigan State University College of Medicine, our radiologists have opportunities to teach and mentor residents in Grand Rapids and pursue research if desired. Compensation/Benefits: We offer a competitive salary/bonus and opportunities for additional shifts. Our physicians pay nothing for medical/dental/vision coverage. We also contribute the maximum amount allowed to the 401K plan. We offer a generous vacation package and we are continually striving to improve the work/life balance for our physicians.

Requirements

• American Board of Radiology or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology certified
• Prefer completion of a cross sectional body imaging or ER fellowship
