Physical Therapist PT Home Health – New Grads Welcome!
We are a locally based home care agency seeking awesome physical therapists to join our East, South, and Northwest Territory teams full-time! We're a fun group who like coffee, dogs, kids, and sports (not necessarily in that order) in our free time! At work we are focused on our patients, our relationships with each other, and our connections to our community partners. We are passionate about our team and are looking for the right people to join us!
Your pay is competitive and guaranteed.
Our full-time Licensed Physical Therapist positions are salary exempt.
Our Physical Therapists see between 4-6 patients daily. Visit length varies with the type performed.
Our Teams are Collaborative, Supportive and Interdisciplinary
We are hiring for the EAST TERRITORY which includes cities such as Forest Lake, Stillwater, Woodbury, St. Paul, Maplewood, Shoreview and Blaine. A territory map is available upon request.
We are hiring for the SOUTH TERRITORY which includes cities in the south central and southern metro area such as Minneapolis, Eagan, Farmington, Jordan, Shakopee, Waconia, Watertown, Wayzata, and Minnetonka. A territory map is available upon request.
We are also hiring for the NORTHWEST TERRITORY which includes cities in the south central and southern metro area such as Minneapolis, Eagan, Farmington, Jordan, Shakopee, Waconia, Watertown, Wayzata, and Minnetonka. A territory map is available upon request.

Full-time employees who work 40 hours/week earn about 18 paid days off each year, plus 6 paid holidays. An employee working 32 hours earns about 14 paid days off, plus paid holidays.
Planning for your Future is important, too. As a full-time employee you may defer part of your compensation to our 401(k) Plan at one year of employment. If you contribute up to 3%, we match your deferral at 100%. If you defer between 3% and 5%, we match your deferral at 50%.
