Advanced Ironworks is Hiring a Construction Project Coordinator Near Redmond, WA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator (ENTRY Level) to support our construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, Engineering, Production, Field and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, timely completion, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Support:

Assist project managers in estimating, planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as a central point of contact for communication between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Facilitate meetings, conference calls, and site visits to ensure alignment and progress on project goals.

Keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and any issues or delays that may arise.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any safety or quality concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.

Generate and distribute project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and meeting minutes.

Assist in tracking project expenses, change orders, and invoices for budgeting and cost control purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficiency in project management software, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and regulations preferred.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role with occasional site visits and travel as required.

May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines and meetings.

Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
